Use your Customers Bank Credit Card App to enter a travel notice. There is a toggle in the App within your Profile page that you can turn on if you want to use the card internationally.

Contact us at (866) 405-0824 to notify us of the travel plans so your credit card can be notated.

Mastercard is accepted in over 210 countries and territories.  If you have questions about traveling outside of the U.S. please contact Mastercard® Customer Service by calling (800) 307-7309.

You can report a lost or stolen card via the Customers Bank credit card app by clicking on “Report compromised card” within the card Details page, and we will cancel the lost or stolen card and you will be issued a new account number. You will be able to see your updated card account number in the App itself.
