Customers Bank offers two credit cards – the Customers Bank World Mastercard® and the Customers Bank Mastercard®. Both cards give you the same flexibility to do the things you want with no annual fee and competitive interest rates.

Card products are generated based on your creditworthiness. If you are eligible, you will be offered the card product for which you best qualify based on your credit qualifications.

A soft credit inquiry is performed at the pre-qualification phase of your application with no impact to your credit score. If you do not qualify, no hard pull will occur. If you pre-qualify and proceed with your application, a hard pull will occur at the time of approval, which may impact your credit score.

A pre-qualification will result in a soft credit inquiry and will not adversely impact your credit score. Checking to see if you qualify for a Customers Bank credit card is the first step of this two-step process. Pre-qualification is not the final determination for approval. If you qualify for a card product and decide to continue with the application, we will verify your identification and credit information via a hard credit pull (step 2). If you meet minimum eligibility requirements, you will be approved for the card product for which you best qualify based on your credit qualifications.
