Activate your card FAQs

You can call (866) 405-0824 to activate over the phone. Press option 1 to activate your card. Press option 2 to speak to a Customer Service representative.

You will not be able to use your plastic card for purchases or cash advances until you activate your card.

For security purposes, we recommend you activate your card as soon as you receive it.

If you haven’t activated your card within 30-60 days, we may contact you to determine if you received your card.
