- Abatement leases – A non-debt financing solution for facilities, equipment and infrastructure, with payments aligned to how the asset is used — no voter approval required
- Unlimited Tax General Obligations (UTGOs) – Long-term financing backed by the issuer’s full faith, credit and unlimited taxing authority, typically with voter approval or statutory authorization
- Limited Tax General Obligations (LTGOs) – Tax-supported financing for infrastructure and equipment, backed by limited taxing authority to support long-term community investment
- Covenant to Budget and Appropriate (CBAs) – A flexible, non-voter-approved option backed by a municipality’s commitment to budget and allocate available revenues each year
- Revenue Enterprise Pledge Obligations (Monopoly Type / ERPOs) – Designed for essential service providers, using system-generated revenues and rate-setting flexibility to fund infrastructure and upgrades
