Sam Sidhu

Sam Sidhu is President, and Chief Executive Officer of Customers Bancorp, Inc. and Customers Bank. Since joining Customers Bank’s Board in 2012, Sidhu has held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2020, and President and CEO of Customers Bank since 2021. Under his leadership, Customers Bank has doubled its assets, transformed its deposit franchise, and significantly expanded its technology, product offerings, and market reach.

Prior to his full-time role at Customers Bank, Sidhu was the founder and CEO of Megalith Capital Management, a real estate-focused private equity firm based in New York City. He also held investment roles at Providence Equity Partners and Goldman Sachs.

Sidhu earned a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the NYSE Listed Company Advisory Board, a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of The Conference Board and actively involved with the Milken Institute and the Midsize Banks Coalition of America. Sam and his wife are the parents of three young children.
