Ready for better online and mobile banking?

Customers Bank will soon be unveiling enhanced online and mobile banking services.

Scheduled for availability on February 26, 2018, the improved services will make it even easier for you to bank wherever and whenever you want.

2018 Important Dates At-A-Glance

February 21

Bill Payment

  • Last day to schedule a bill payment by midnight or internal scheduled transfer by 4:00 p.m.
  • Last day to schedule an external transfer by 4:00 p.m. with a deliverable of Friday, February 23rd or sooner

February 22

Print bill pay history and cancel eBills

  • Print Bill Payment history, payees, account numbers and future dated transactions
  • On 3/2/18, compare Bill Payment printout to the new system to ensure accuracy of transferred items
  • To setup eBills in the new system, you must first cancel those eBills in our current system on or before 2/22/18

February 23

Current Online and Mobile banking systems go into inquiry only

  • Current Telephone Banking system will not be available after this date
  • Both of these systems will go into “Inquiry Only” mode on 2/23/18 at 4:00 PM EST

February 26

New Mobile Banking system is available

  • Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking are now available
  • On this date, you may download the new app, CB Mobile Access, and enroll your device for Mobile Banking AFTER you have successfully logged in to Online Banking and setup a new, permanent password.

February 28

Last day current Online & Mobile Banking systems are available

  • Current Online and Mobile Banking systems available for “inquiry only” access from 2/23/18 to 2/28/18

General Information

  • Friday, February 23rd – Customers Bank’s ATM machines will remain open for withdrawal transactions throughout the weekend of February 23 – 25.
  • Friday, February 23rd - Our current Online and Mobile Banking systems will be available for inquiry only beginning at 4:00 PM on Friday, February 23rd, through Wednesday, February 28th.  Please be sure to process all necessary transactions that will be needed for the weekend and the following Monday.
  • What is the last day a customer can schedule a bill payment? You can access the bill payment service within our current Online or Mobile Banking systems through the end of the day on 2/21/18. Note that payments can be scheduled to occur after that date, but you will not be able to access the bill payment system to schedule, modify or cancel, any payments starting on 2/22/18 through the morning of 2/26/18, on which date our new system will be available to resume banking activity, including bill payments.
